M. Woodroe's 'Carte Blanche' arrives with a kind of effortless cool that makes a song feel instantly

familiar. It's a considered, atmospheric release that unfolds gradually, balancing understated instrumentation with a strong melodic pull and a vocal performance that speaks for it's self. 

There's a warmth to the production, while the lyricism carries a quiet sense of tension that keeps the listener engaged. The track draws you in through atmosphere and a sense that there's always something slightly deeper happening beneath the surface.

Front woman, Marcie Garwell, reveals that 'Carte Blanche' is about facism, violence and fighting back- which I think is evident when listening to the track. We hope the rest of the EP is equally as exciting and punchy.
